The Process
The majority of oils which are produced are either mineral based or synthetic. Generally speaking, hydraulic fluids are made up of Mineral oil, Esters, Glycol, Silicone, Ethers, and Esters etc. For the varied applications of hydraulic fluid, blenders will mix the base oil with additives of different types to give the oil different properties.
The Problem
The mixing process is very time-consuming. The complicated mixture of chemicals have to be made that are in balance with one another so that the desired properties are obtained.
The Solution
With the use of Ultraschall-Akustik-Durchfluss-Aggregates (UADA) module, the blender can be replaced and an efficient mix of all the fractions is obtained. The schematic is as shown below:
The Advantage
